Tenant Referencing Fees

Per Prospective tenant, there is an referencing fee of 100, this is to cover our initial costs and the referencing fees. Should you decide that you do not wish to, or cannot continue with the rental of the property, i.e. for an unsuccessful reference check or that you no longer wish to apply for the rental of the property, you understand that you are not entitled to the return of the application fee paid. Should the landlord withdraw the property for rent during this process, then the amount, minus our costs, will be returned to you.

One the day you take possession of the property, the fees payable are:-

  • One month?s rent
  • One month?s deposit
  • Contract and Administration fee of 100

The contract and administration fee remains the same for more than one tenant.

The tenancy will be granted to the named tenant(s) upon the condition that the tenant(s) hold insurance that the Landlord or their Letting Agent considers adequate to protect up to 2500 against accidental damage caused by the tenant(s), to the contents, furniture, fixtures and fittings at the property as described in the Inventory.

The tenancy is an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, which is for an initial 6 months, unless a longer tenancy has been agreed with the landlord.

The rent is paid in advance by Standing Order.

VAT is not charged.
